These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Levaine Studio ("the Service"), operated by Levaine Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Levaine Studio is an AI-powered business growth platform that helps local businesses:
Features vary by plan. All AI-generated content is provided for your review and may require editing before use.
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to your chosen plan. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be restricted to a limited free tier — your data and content are never deleted.
If Levaine Studio does not help you get at least one new customer in your first 30 days on a paid plan, we will give you one additional month free — no questions asked. To claim this, email admin@levainestudio.com within 35 days of starting your paid plan with a brief description of your experience. This guarantee applies to your first billing period only.
When you connect Google Business, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other third-party accounts to Levaine Studio, you authorize us to manage those accounts on your behalf as specified by the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for all activity on your connected accounts. You may disconnect any account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

Your content is yours. Content generated by Levaine Studio using your business information and inputs is owned by you. You grant Levaine Studio a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. Levaine Studio retains all rights to the platform, code, design, and underlying AI systems.
AI-generated content (review responses, captions, ad copy, recommendations) is provided as a starting point and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published or used. In auto-publish mode, content is published according to your account settings — you may review and edit content before publishing at any time by adjusting your autopilot settings.
The Managed plan includes personal account management services provided by the Levaine Studio team. Managed plan pricing is determined on a per-business basis during your onboarding call. Managed plan services include weekly check-ins, done-for-you content and ad management, and monthly strategy sessions as agreed during onboarding. Managed plans require 30 days notice to cancel.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Google, Instagram, Meta, and WhatsApp are independent platforms with their own policies — changes to those platforms may affect Service functionality.
Levaine Studio's total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or business interruption.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
